Maria Wallace Founder and Partner
Maria founded Sequoia Associates in October 2005. She has nearly 30 years of experience in headhunting and has specialised in corporate finance since 1995 when she joined the Rose Partnership and ended up running the Corporate Finance team. She has completed searches across most sectors and geographies in Europe and has experience of transatlantic searches for several key clients. She previously worked in investment banking initially as an economist and then spent several years working in the fixed income markets.

Rachael Gallagher Partner
Rachael joined Sequoia Associates in March 2007 where she founded and co-leads the legal team. She carries out partner level searches for the major law firms in London and Europe. During the course of her career, Rachael has been responsible for the build out of a number of US law firms in London and for numerous senior partner placements. She was previously at the Rose Partnership for a number of years conducting searches in leveraged finance, principal finance and tax for her investment banking clients. She began her career as a lawyer, training and qualifying with City law, Clifford Chance, specialising in EU competition law.

Nakul Kapur Partner
Nakul joined Sequoia Associates in 2009 to assist in the build out of the legal team which he now co-leads. He has established relationships with several leading law firms for whom he conducts senior level mandates both in London and Europe. Prior to Sequoia Associates, he was a lawyer at Linklaters and then Citigroup specialising in structured finance and derivatives.

Louise Kerr Partner
Louise joined Sequoia Associates in 2012. She has over 15 years of experience in executive search, specialising exclusively in financial services. Louise has conducted senior level searches in a wide variety of areas including: Investment Banking, Real Estate and Private Equity. She has been involved with numerous assignments and has acquired expertise across the financial services spectrum, both in EMEA and Asia Pacific. She has developed investment banking practices focusing on senior mandates and has worked on a variety of team moves. She is a graduate of the University of Bristol.

Andee joined Sequoia Associates in 2006. She has nearly 30 years of experience as an Executive PA. She was previously at The Rose Partnership for 8 years where she was a Search Assistant covering all sectors but specifically Fixed Income.
